With a background as a Chartered Accountant, Jacob has been building successful businesses for over 30 years and has also worked for large corporations. He owned Total Recruitment which he exited successfully in 2012. Currently the Chairman of CCCDMS he works closely with the management team to lead its growth as a key player in the Philippines BPO industry.
Alex Del Brocco – Director, Operations
Alex is a highly motivated and successful business entrepreneur with a strong commercial focus and common-sense approach to business. He has significant experience in business turnaround, strategy, business development, organisation, acquisitions, branding, multi-service offerings, people management, recruitment processes, client relationships and telecommunications. With over 20 years’ experience in workplace management, Alex and is a skilled leader, adept at motivating all types of workforces and individuals.
Dean Bonnici – Director, Technology & Infrastructure
With over 20 years of experience in the delivery of technology solutions, Dean has managed a successful business delivering real world and cloud solutions to SME and Government sector clients. With a background in desktop application development he has grown toward the delivery of integration solutions within organisations to achieve database, SMS, telephony, infrastructure and security outcomes. Secure cloud delivery of solutions within and between organisations has become a core methodology and as a solutions provider, he has evolved his business to now include secure hosted infrastructure within Australia.
Heidi Glynn – Organisational Psychologist
Heidi Glynn is a registered psychologist, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and specialises in organisational psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree and a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
Having completed extensive research in relation to job satisfaction and ‘person to job fit’, Heidi has the necessary professional skills to offer effective solutions for a range of workplace issues. Extremely competent in the areas of consultancy, counselling and human resources, Heidi has worked with many national and multi-national organisations. She uses her experience in selection and recruitment to ensure her clients receive a bespoke service that gives them exactly what they need.
Les Broeckx – Group Business Development manager
Les has extensive experience in Business Process Offshoring with over thirty years of experience in business support and contact centres in both Australia and the Philippines.
Les works closely with our clients and candidates to ensure we provide the right fit and delivery of service. Les looks forward to connecting with both client and candidate to deliver our solutions. Through a carefully managed process, Les and his team ensure that the Link BPO solution delivery is customised to suit the unique demands of the customer requirements.
Mark Hubble – Strategic Business Development
Mark has over 16 years’ experience in the IT Industry at Senior Account Management and Sales Management and General Management levels. After completing a double major at Otago University and a two-year stint in Marketing and Sales in Auckland he spent the next four years in Europe, brokering large hardware deals to France and Spain.
Back in New Zealand he joined IndeServe, a large backbone cabling company as Senior Account Manager involving large Auckland based RFP’s. He joined Maclean Computing initially as an Account Manager and was later appointed Sales Manager. He career has given him a broad knowledge of the IT industry from hardware sales and network backbones to large network infrastructure design and consultancy.
In 2005 he co-founded Radius Recruitment, now a leading boutique IT Recruitment Agency in New Zealand and his flagship business for a number of national and international companies and initiatives. He joined CCC in 2014 as leader of its NZ operations.
Sherwyne Anne O. Al Fouzan– General Manager Human Resources
Sherwyne Anne has extensive professional work and leadership experience in human resource management. She held a variety of positions in Human Resource Management for both large and medium sized local and foreign corporations which contributed enormously to her significant expertise and profound credibility prior joining our team as a Human Resource Manager in May 2014.
Sherwyne Anne’s core competencies are Recruitment and Selection, Resource and Client Management, Employee Engagement and Relations, Performance Management and Training.
Edgar Sanchez– General Manager for Data Capture
Edgar Sanchez joined our team in 1995 as a Data Encoder and within a span of 1 year was promoted to Quality Control Technician. He became Junior Programmer in 2000 and Production Manager in 2005.
He is very much into volleyball and was one of the coaching staff of the Makati City delegation to the National Capital Region meet and the NCR delegation in the Nationals.
Maria Teresa Benito – Production Manager
Maria Teresa Benito joined our team as a Data Entry Operator in July 1992. Maria was then promoted to Team Leader after 2 years and in 1997 became Project Manager of data entry. In January 2008, Maria Teresa Benito was promoted to Production Manager.
Sunday Doctolero – Information Technology Head
Sunday Doctolero started as an agency based data encoder in 2010. In 2013 was offered permanent employment within our team and remains an integral member to delivery of our services. After a short break, Sunday returned and is now our company’s Systems Support Specialist.
Sunday Doctolero worked as a High School Computer Instructor for four years and likes playing volleyball and the fun of making computer programs and applications.
